In ainstall (install program), set perms on session.ini to everyone:c
Launcher Program
@echo off
copy nul session.ini
start winaus
exit
Observations
- Yippee, it can be installed on a network and doesn't write to the
program directory. Just writes to the user's windows directory.
- Dictionary copied to server, but my initial run had it still trying
to scarf from cd-rom. This looks "settable."
Installation Steps
- Run NETSETUP from CD, install to server. Might want to do this from
an expendable station, since it copies some font files and ini files to
%systemroot%
- Do a fresh and minimal install
- Map G: to \\apache\nt
- sysdiff /snap snapshot
- Go to G: (where netsetup installed program files)
- Run WSSETUP (it installs some font files and other junk)
- mkdir %systemroot%\profiles\all users\start menu\programs\nursing
- Copy icon from administrator profile to all users programs into above dir
- sysdiff /diff /c:"Arterial Blood Gas" snapshot abg.sd
- Copy to unattend\sysdiff directory, edit ainstall.bat, etc...
